Plan terms explained
- What is a Membership Code?
- A code for accessing your website: only people who enter it get permission to open your site in the Underpath app. All of your users can share one code, or you can use several. You create and change codes in the admin console, and you can use them to separate your users’ permissions.
- What is a Register URL?
- Underpath can connect to your website only after you register its access address in the admin console. The address is known only to you and Underpath and is never shown in the app. If you use several URLs, choose a plan that fits how you use them.
- What is a Push Message?
- You can send push messages to your users from the admin console that Underpath provides.
- What is User Access?
- The number of users who can access your website depends on your plan.
- What is the Chatting Service?
- Support your customers through 1:1 chat between your company and your users.
